"Plein Air" Pastel Workshop

The Iowa Pastel Society will sponsor a Fall Pastel Workshop on Saturday October 17. The workshop will emphasize "Plein Air" painting out-of-doors on location. The instructor will be Tom Christopher PSA
The "Plein Air" workshop will be held at and near Eldora, Iowa’s Pine Lake, a beautiful area for outdoor painting. Initially we will meet at the Public Library in Eldora, then travel just a few miles to our painting location by Pine Lake. The fee for this workshop is $20 for members and $40 for non-members

Schedule for the Fall "Plein Air" Workshop 9:00 AM Meet at the public library in Eldora, 1202 10th Street
9:30 Outdoor demonstration on location at Pine Lake by Tom Christopher
11:00 Lunch break (Restaurants in Eldora or bring you own Lunch)
12:00 - 2:30 PM Individual pastel work on location at Pine Lake
2:45 - 3:30 Group critique at public library in Eldora
